In my private Facebook group – Reversing Hashimoto’s w/ Nutrition – the topic of food sensitivity testing comes up a lot.

It’s clear to me that there isn’t enough quality information out there on which tests are solid and what you can learn from those tests.

In this week’s video, I’m breaking down the reasons why I truly don’t recommend food sensitivity testing.

The biggest reason? Learning about YOUR body.

The biggest issue?

The #1 biggest issues with these tests is that they teach you nothing about your body. They don’t teach you how to recognize the beginnings of a sensitivity before it happens. They also don’t teach you how to know if you’re getting better.

What they do teach you is that you’ll continue to buy tests every 6-months or so to see what your food sensitivities are.

You can learn the other reasons that I don’t like these tests. Including the very popular Everly Well at home kit for food sensitivity tests. I also talk about the immune system and all the parts you should be looking at.
