  • Week 5 – Learn what your barriers to weight loss are – everyone's barriers are different.  They could be physical or mental barriers.  We'll dig deep to find your and implement ways around or over it!
  • Week 6Improving your sleep habits – this is actually a barrier for some!  We'll address how to make changes and what healthy sleep looks like.
  • Week 7 – Basics of meal planning – this seems easy but it really isn't!  We'll talk about ways to make it easier and I'll give you some resources to try.
  • Week 8 – Moving on up! – we look at your goals from the beginning and reassess where you are.  You'll learn strategies for long-term success.

Payment Option

I built this program to help those that can't pay the cost associated with individual nutrition sessions.  This is also helpful for those that need additional support as well.


Because of this, I am offering a payment plan for the 8-week session.  Many will charge extra for a payment plan...I am not.  The payment plan is as follows:


$50/wk for 8 weeks (credit card of file required)
