Everyone wants to lose weight.  Who doesn't?!  It's pretty rare to meet someone that says "I'm perfectly happy with me, right now."  It would be great if everyone felt that way though!  Most want to drop 5 to 10 pounds while others want to drop 50 pounds or more.

Here's the #truth - losing weight is hard.  It's really frickin' hard!  

You've got gals online showing off their bodies like they lift weights all day.  And others drinking green smoothies like they contain rum and come with a beach!  Ummm...no!  It's hard work!
